The innovative Nexo 5.0 inverted front fork was engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

All billet-aluminum components are manufactured in-house by Rebuffini according to rigorous production and quality-control standards.

Each fork is assembled using the finest components available, including oil seals, dust seals, bushings and suspension fluid.

The hydraulic cartridges are manufactured in collaboration with Andreani Group International, an Italian leader in motorcycle suspension and racing technology with authorized service centers worldwide.

Every fork set is assembled according to the customer’s individual requirements. The product is fully customizable, with multiple color and suspension setup options available.

Technical Notes

2015-2023 Road Glide Models

1. The OEM risers and instrument mount must be replaced with Rebuffini or compatible aftermarket components. The riser position is moved 20 mm rearward from the stock location for improved riding comfort.

2. Rebuffini risers and the Rebuffini instrument mount preserve a clear view of the infotainment display.

3. The ignition-switch and steering-lock housing must be removed. Keyless ignition must then be enabled through the right-hand handlebar controls using a suitable diagnostic tool.

4. Due to the 58 mm outer-tube diameter, the available steering angle is slightly reduced compared with the stock configuration.

5. Depending on the selected fork length and brake-caliper model, the brake lines may need to be replaced.

2014-2023 Street Glide Models

1. The risers remain in the stock position, allowing OEM or similar aftermarket handlebars to be retained.

2. Installing 8-inch or 10-inch Rebuffini risers, or comparable aftermarket risers, requires:

   • The separately available pullback upper plate, Part No. 000501. Please note that this configuration obstructs the view of the infotainment display.

   • Modification of the ignition panel.

3. The ignition-switch and steering-lock housing must be removed. Keyless ignition must then be enabled through the right-hand handlebar controls using a suitable diagnostic tool.

4. Due to the 58 mm outer-tube diameter, the available steering angle is slightly reduced compared with the stock configuration.

5. Depending on the selected fork length and brake-caliper model, the brake lines may need to be replaced.

2014-2025 Road King Models
