The Andreani Group emerged from the passion of Giuseppe Andreani, who decided to conclude his successful World Motocross career in 1987. He founded WP Italy, becoming the exclusive importer of Dutch suspensions in Italy.

The company, later renamed Andreani Group, took a significant step forward in 2005 with an agreement with Öhlins, a leading Swedish company in the suspension world. This partnership propelled the company into track competitions, covering speed, motocross, enduro, and supermotard.

Thanks to this collaboration, Andreani has expanded over the years, establishing departments for cars and bicycles, broadening its product range. Additionally, the company secured distribution agreements for prestigious brands, including Mivv, Kayaba, Showa, and SKF.
