Rebuffini designed and developed this complete inverted front fork for customers who demand the best possible performance without compromising on outstanding design.

The technology behind this fully adjustable fork has been proven through Rebuffini’s collaboration with Andreani, the Italian suspension specialist with experience in the industry since 1987.

The lower triple clamp features an integrated three-way brake line junction, providing a clean appearance and quick installation.

For ABS-equipped models, the fork is supplied with a model-specific external ABS splitter.

Designed to retain the OEM steering lock function.

The radial caliper mounts, integrated directly into the fork bottoms, were developed using 3D CAD design and FEM analysis to achieve maximum rigidity while minimizing weight.

They are machined from solid billet using the latest 5-axis CNC machining technology.

Designed to accommodate 108 mm radial-mount brake calipers with a 22.5 mm offset, compatible with the following brake disc sizes:

11.5" / 11.8" / 12.6" / 13"

The fork bottoms are also designed to accommodate the ABS sensor.

For 2020+ FXLRS and 2022+ FXLRST models, dedicated brackets are included to retain the original front fender.

Each fork is assembled with a model-specific setup based on the application ordered. Its extensive range of adjustments also allows the suspension to be further customized to the rider’s individual requirements.

Compatible with all risers and/or handlebars featuring 89.1 mm mounting-center spacing.
