After developing this kit since the beginning of the year and competing at the highest levels. We developed and tuned the Öhlins MEX48 front fork to perfectly match the characteristics of the KOVE together with a new set of CNC machine triple clamps and all extra parts necessary to fit the 800X Rally.

Building on the proven RXF 48 S platform, the new MEX '26 TTX front fork delivers enhanced performance, comfort, and stability.

A redesigned spring pusher improves bottoming resistance while increasing comfort, particularly during corner entry and high-impact landings.

The renowned TTX twin-tube damping system continues to provide consistent damping performance and precise control. Internal refinements to the main piston, valve components, and shim-stack configuration further improve front-wheel feedback, traction, and responsiveness.

Advanced surface treatments and precision finishing processes reduce friction, improve durability, and ensure smooth, consistent suspension action.

The result is a more planted and predictable front end, allowing riders to carry greater speed, maintain traction through rough terrain, and ride with increased confidence.
