The DS1 is our latest offering for testing the calibration of:

The DS1 tester is one of the "must haves" of any professional suspension workshop, the DS1 is an indispensable tool for measuring the elastic or static thrust released by the suspensions or by the individual components present in them.

Using this machine, the operator will not simply be able to determine the load (K) of a spring, but will have a precise reading of the thrust released by it throughout its travel.

Using the powerful 10,000N load cell, you can calibrate up to 350mm travel. This measures the load of a spring at every 1mm. of compression to process data and graphs for the progression and thrust released by the suspension components.

Rear MC shock springs and MC fork springs adapters included with the machine.

(Front fork springs up to 26mm Internal diameter)
